These Community Guidelines are effective across all Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC ("Kaizen Vitality") platforms, including Instagram and Pinterest (both "@mykaizenvitality") and the Kaizen Vitality ("@KaizenVitality") YouTube Channel.

These guidelines exist to protect the integrity of the Kaizen Vitality community and ensure that every person who engages in the community feels safe, respected, and welcome. By commenting, posting, or participating in live chat on any Kaizen Vitality Media platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Respect Every Member of the Community

Kaizen Vitality welcomes women and their allies at every stage of the 60+ journey—regardless of background, health history, physical ability, lifestyle, or lived experience. We do not all arrive here the same way, and that is exactly the point.

Unkind, dismissive, condescending, or disrespectful comments toward any community member will be removed without notice. Members who engage in repeated disrespectful behavior will be blocked permanently from all Kaizen Vitality Media platforms.

This includes unsolicited advice, judgmental responses to personal sharing, and any comment that minimizes or dismisses another member's experience.

2. No Self-Promotion, Selling, or Spam

This community is not a marketplace. The following are prohibited in comments, live chat, and any other engagement on Kaizen Vitality Media platforms:

— Promoting your own channel, account, product, or service
— Posting links to any external websites, products, fundraisers, causes, petitions, or social media profiles
— Recruiting members to other platforms or communities
— Any form of repetitive, automated, or irrelevant messaging

Violations will be removed immediately. Repeat offenders will be blocked from all Kaizen Vitality Media platforms.

3. Kaizen Vitality Is a Safe Space. Keep It That Way

Kaizen Vitality platforms are built on honest, real conversation about what this chapter of life actually looks like. That requires safety. The following will result in immediate and permanent removal from this community across all platforms:

— Personal attacks directed at any community member or the creator
— Trolling, baiting, or deliberately inflammatory comments
— Romantic or sexual advances toward any community member
— Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
— Profanity or sexually explicit language
— Any other language or engagement deemed offensive or inappropriate

There are no warnings for serious violations. The goal here is mutual support and honest conversation—never conflict.

4. This Is a Personal Experience Platform. It Is Not a Debate Forum.

All content published by Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC reflects the creator's personal lived experience, individual research, and personal values. Comments that challenge, debate, or attempt to relitigate the creator's personal brand choices, product choices, dietary choices, or values will be removed without response.

Genuine questions about content are welcome. Debates bout that content or the creator's identity are not. If a community member disagrees with a personal choice shared on this platform, they are encouraged to conduct their own research and make the choices that are right for their life. That is, in fact, exactly what this platform encourages everyone to do in all content posted.

Comments citing third-party platforms, forums, other creators or social media discussions as the basis for challenging content shared here will be removed. Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC does not respond to, adjudicate, or engage with content from other platforms or content from creators it deems controversial or inflammatory.

5. Research and Citations

Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC's creator is a doctoral researcher who cites peer-reviewed research to support health and wellness content. Community members who have genuine questions about how the creator is applying cited sources to her life are welcome to ask. However, comments that challenge the creator's interpretation of research, dispute the validity of cited sources without substantive evidence, or use research discussions as a vehicle for broader debate will be removed at the creator's sole discretion.

6. Enforcement

These guidelines apply equally on Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC reserves the right to remove any comment, restrict any account, or block any user at its sole discretion. Removal from one platform may result in removal from all Kaizen Vitality Media, LLC platforms.
