About

Kaizen Vitality Media (KVM) is a lifestyle platform grounded in lived experience. It reflects my life as a woman in her early 60s choosing to live more intentionally after menopause, under two brands: "Hello, Dear Ones!℠" and "My'Chelle | The (Original) 60+ Gen X Tastemaker℠."

I'm My'Chelle and, on my digital platforms, I share how I navigate this stage of life through a raw, organic, plant-based way of eating; age-appropriate movement and fitness; slow living practices; and an approach to elevated, sustainable but elegant style that supports my sense of vitality and wellbeing.

None of this is about chasing what's trending, though. Instead, it's my practice of deliberate refinement by living into my true identity according to my values, keeping what continues to work, releasing what no longer serves me, and adjusting as life itself changes.

That kind of ongoing recalibration isn't optional after 60; it is, quite simply, how we must move forward to achieve the longevity many of us are pursuing.

At its core, KVM is about the small, everyday choices I make that shape how my body feels, moves, and responds in this chapter of life. What I share is reflective rather than prescriptive—grounded in personal routine, observation, and perspective, not instruction or expertise (except in my own lived experience).

I also explore the style, culture, and quality-built goods of the generation I came of age in—the original Gen Xers born before 1970, most of us now 60 and beyond.

I call the women who find their way to KVM's platforms "Dear Ones," and I mean it fully. Somewhere around 50 or 55, women often begin to feel invisible—no longer young, no longer seen the way we once were, quietly moved to the margins of things. I don't accept that premise. The women who find their way to this platform are seen here, and valued here—because they are "Dear Ones".

So, I created this platform is for women 60 and over who are navigating significant physical changes, energy shifts, and wellbeing that occurs after menopause, as well as for women in their 50s who are curious about what this next chapter may hold. It exists to offer familiarity, reassurance, fun, and companionship—not answers, diagnoses, or directives.

But, nothing shared here is professional or medical advice. So, check with your own health professionals for trying any of what I share in your own life.
